We accept reservations exclusively through our website or via travel agencies; we do not accept reservations by phone. Our official website offers the best rates.

Confirming and Modifying Reservations

You can confirm and modify your reservation by entering your reservation ID and email address here.

modify your reservation through the respective booking site.
If modifications are not possible, please make a new reservation with your desired details and then cancel the original reservation.
We do not handle reservation changes, cancellations, or confirmations by phone.

Access to Our Inn

From Nagano Station by bus

Please refer to the Nagano Station to Shiga Kogen express bus timetable.

Shuttle Service

Operating hours: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Reservations for the shuttle are not accepted in advance.

<By Bus>

We provide pick-up services from the Hoppo Onsen Bus Stop or the Takamagahara Bus Stop.

Upon arrival, please call us, and we will pick you up.

※The Hoppo Onsen Bus Stop is approximately a 10-minute drive from our inn.

<By Car>

The road leading to our inn has a steep downhill slope.
During winter, unauthorized entry may lead to accidents or vehicles becoming stuck.

*For vehicles with 4WD and snow tires

You may drive directly to the parking area in front of our inn.
(However, depending on road conditions, even 4WD vehicles may require metal chains.)

The following vehicles are generally not permitted to enter, and we will provide pick-up services:

・Hybrid 4WD vehicles with snow tires, such as Toyota Alphard, Vellfire, and Estima.
・4WD vehicles with snow tires that are over five years old or have worn treads.
・4WD vehicles with all-season tires (Mud & Snow).

*For other vehicles

Please park at the Hoppo Onsen Bus Stop, and we will pick you up.
Entry to our inn is prohibited for these vehicles.
(*Note: Front-wheel-drive vehicles with snow tires and chains are also not permitted to enter.)
Upon arrival, please call us, and we will pick you up.
※Parking is free of charge.

Please note that during winter, the steep slope can be challenging, and even JAF may have difficulty providing assistance.
We recommend using our shuttle service if you have concerns.
Towing or rescue operations for vehicles without 4WD and snow tires may incur additional fees (towing: from ¥10,000; rescue operations: from ¥20,000).

If your vehicle is not 4WD with snow tires, please be sure to use the shuttle service within the designated hours.

Information Before and After Check-In

We provide luggage storage and changing rooms (coin lockers) for your convenience.

After check-out, you can use the bath for ¥500 per person.

The parking lot and luggage storage are available from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Meal Times

Dinner: Starts at 6:00 PM.
Breakfast: Starts at 7:30 AM.

For set meals, please arrive at the start time. For buffets, please enter within 30 minutes of the start time.

If you have a reservation that includes dinner, please arrive in time for the dinner start time.

Late Arrivals

If you plan to arrive late, please book a plan without dinner.

  • For 2WD vehicles or bus arrivals: Shuttle service is available until 8:00 PM.
  • For 4WD vehicles with snow tires: You may drive directly to our parking area. Please be cautious of the steep slope.

The front desk operates until 8:30 PM.
If you plan to arrive after this time, please inform us in advance through the reservation remarks or by phone.
We will prepare your room key and amenities and provide instructions at the entrance.

Rental Equipment

Rental equipment is available at the front desk on the day of your arrival.
Please refer to the rental price list. We do not accept reservations for rental equipment in advance.

Shipping Luggage

Please use Yamato Transport for shipping luggage. Round-trip delivery service is convenient.

※We do not accept cash-on
※Please set the delivery date to the day before your check-in date.

About the Lift Ticket Counter

From our lodge, ski down the Nishitateyama slope, and you will find the ticket counter located between the Nishitateyama Quad Lift and the Bunadaira Gondola.

About the Slopes

You can start skiing mid-slope on the Nishitateyama slope.

For your return:

  • Beginners: Take the Nishitateyama Quad Lift back to our lodge.
  • Intermediate and Advanced Skiers: Ski down from the top of Nishitateyama on an intermediate course, and follow the sign on the left for a narrow path leading back to our lodge.
